There are a number of packages available at the Toy Fair to help you to make the most of your participation at the show.

Economy packages

Economy packages are available in the Greenhouse Area. This is a dedicated space at the show for the small, innovative companies that would like to take a modest stand (up to 20 square meters). The Greenhouse Area was introduced in 2004 and has proved extremely popular with a waiting list of companies wishing to take a stand here for the past four years. As long as you have booked your space by October you should be able to get a place, although the most popular stands get booked up from April onwards.

Economy packages can be booked in 5, 10, 15 or 20 square meter units and are built of Octonorm walling with a candy stripe overhead canopy in purple and lilac and a finger board for the company name and stand number. Included in the price is Lilac carpet a fluorescent strip light and a choice of 1 of 3 useful items (A chair, a flat shelf or sloping shelf) - one item for each 5 sq.m unit. Aisle carpet is grey. Please note the Greenhouse carpet cannot be replaced with your own flooring.

Greenhouse Shell

Shell Scheme Packages

Shell Scheme Packages are available in any size and in any area of the exhibition (excluding the Greenhouse Area) according to availability at time of booking. Shell scheme stands are built for you and are made from Octonorm (1m W x 2.5m H) wall panelling. Straight facia boards are provided to each open side of your stand along with a name board with your stand number. Shell scheme colours are purple and lilac. Carpet colour is lilac and hall aisles are grey.

Space Only Packages

Space Only Packages are also available for those wanting to build their own stands. This package is simply the “space only”, no walls or carpet are included. It is also the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure that their space is finished to a high standard. Please also note that due to the structure of Olympia there may be columns within your area. The BTHA will not charge for the area taken up by the column/s but more importantly please ensure you incorporate these columns when designing your stand. In 2011, Toy Fair will be expanding into the Grand Hall Gallery, so it also imperative that the top of your stand is finished to a high standard - hiding any lighting/wiring tracks with suitable fire proof material and if so desired enclosing your meeting rooms, but please be aware that depending on the size of the meeting room you may need to install suitable evacuation directional lighting.
