How do I get badges?

You can order your badges by calling 02476 426 402 or using the booking form that will be sent in your exhibitor manual. If you need to order extra badges, or if there is a problem with the badges once they arrive, please call 02476 426 402.

Do I have to pay to park at the exhibition?

Exhibitors and their contractors are given passes to park for free during the build up to the show, however passes are limited and once the free allowance has been used up there will be a charge to park. Exhibitors will also receive one free car-parking pass per stand, which should be collected onsite.

Can I bring children in to the show?

Exhibitors may bring children in to the show for PR purposes, but for a limited time and under show rules. Please contact the organisers to arrange this.
