EDUK8 Worldwide are an independent family owned, Toy design and manufacturing company distributing completely unique Learning Toys and Gifts all around the world.
The company was founded by Christine Lawson and Roger Walker in 2002 in order to give schools and parents, the opportunity to use specifically designed educational toys, to enhance the learning process. Christine believes passionately that the process of learning should be fun and enjoyable and in order to achieve this, all products are carefully designed and researched, in conjunction with teachers and parents, prior to manufacture, to ensure that all children’s needs and requirements are met, whatever their ability level. EDUK8 Worldwide has been a major supplier to the UK and international education sector for many years, and Christine believes that parents and children should also have access to their high quality range. EDUK8’s range is exclusive, and their unique designs are not available elsewhere. Consequently there is high demand from customers who are looking for something different. Distributors for their range can be found throughout the UK and the rest of the world!
We have been developing STEM and STEAM toys for several years now. Our toys have until recently only been available for children to play with, in the education sectors and schools. In 2017 we began to offer those products to retail and have found that our exclusive, unique and award-winning Toys are a real winner with the retail market as they offer them something completely different.
We are delighted to show our exclusive Toy and Gift ranges for the sixth time at London Toy Fair and we are very excited to be in the main hall again, showcasing more of our range of exclusive, award winning toys. The Fair is our UK shop window and gives us the opportunity not only to meet existing customers, but also to attract new business. And it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect with suppliers to see the trends set to enliven this growing market. Each year, we are pleased to be able to offer something new and different, and this year we will be showcasing our award winning large games range, as well as lots of new and exclusive products.
From our point of view, the latest trend we expect to see at Toy Fair is a resurgence of traditional Toys and Gifts that offer all year round family fun. Most parents are keen to find alternatives to computerized play with some regular old imaginative fun that’s educational too and they are looking for toys they can play with their children and enjoy. Like our award winning giant snakes and ladders game that has fresh new packaging for 2019.
We also think crafting will be big in 2019. We are launching a complete new range of craft products under the brand – Craft for Kids. Suitable from 3 years and upwards, all products in the range include everything a child needs to complete the craft project. They can choose from a range of products including making a monster truck, building a freight train, creating an Emoji cushion, making a dinosaur and even making Russian dolls! Our craft sets offer great value for money, have lots of product in the box and can give the retailer a great margin.
We’ll be launching lots of other new products at the Toy Fair so if you are looking for something different, do make sure you pop by our stand. F1 in the main hall.
