We’re Buddy & Barney, an independent, family-run toy brand and publishing company based in the beautiful city of Bath. For many years, we’ve been part of the toy industry, sharing our passion for creating high-quality bath toys and fun novelty books that bring smiles to children and parents alike. 

Our mission has always been simple, to design products that make learning, creativity, and bath time a joyful experience.

We specialise in bath toys and novelty books, with a range of award-winning products that we’re incredibly proud of. Each product is created with care, combining educational value with imagination, laughter and a healthy dose of fun. Our ever-growing product portfolio also includes educational and craft products that encourage creativity, problem-solving and hands-on learning, helping children explore their world through play.

Under the Buddy & Barney brand, we have plenty of new and exciting products to unveil at this year’s Toy Fair across a variety of categories. We’re especially excited to introduce a highly anticipated new addition to our award-winning Scratch and Sniff Fart Book collection, sure to entertain kids and grown-ups alike! We’re also launching brand-new bath time ranges, including our innovative Bath Time Puzzles, designed to make bath time even more interactive and engaging.

Sustainability is another key focus for us. We’ve been working hard to improve our packaging, and many of our products are now presented in entirely plastic-free packaging. We care deeply about reducing our environmental impact and are continually exploring new and creative ways to make our products as planet-friendly as possible.

We’re absolutely thrilled to be attending the Toy Fair for the second time after such a successful show in 2025.

What top tip would you give to a fellow exhibitor or visitor attending their first Toy Fair?

For Visitors – please make sure you visit the whole show.  You never know what amazing new finds you may miss if you don’t walk the whole hall!
