Returning 2026 Exhibitors

Returning 2026 exhibitors have priority until 15th May 2026 to secure their existing stand or request a change by applying online here and paying a non-refundable 25% deposit.

Please indicate on the options below if you would like to retain your exact 2026 stand size and position. If you wish to change location and/or stand size, please indicate on the form by selecting the relevant stand package option, indicating size requirement and adding any additional notes with regards to location.

NB: your stand will not be released until we have found you an alternative.

Exhibitors who submit an application and pay a non-refundable 25% deposit by 15th May will qualify for a 3% discount applied to their balance invoice.

Exhibitors will be notified of their 2027 stand locations from late May onwards and will be contacted if a change has been requested.

New Exhibitors

A non-refundable 25% deposit (based on smallest stand size requested) will be required to secure your booking (if paid prior to 15th May 2026 you will receive a 3% discount applied to the balance invoice).

New exhibitors will be contacted with stand options as soon as possible (in the Summer) in order of deposit payments received, once all returning exhibitors have been allocated.
