The 2020 Show Manual is designed to help exhibitors with all aspects of exhibiting at the 2020 Toy Fair.
The Toy Fair team however is on hand to answer any questions at any stage of the process. Please call 020 7701 7127.
- It is the responsibility of the exhibitor that all deadlines are met and appropriate paper work submitted by the specified dates otherwise stand building or stand activities will not be permitted.
- Please ensure, if you are a self-build exhibitor, that you pass the relevant information below onto your stand contractor.
NB: Please also note that delays in ordering from the preferred Toy Fair suppliers and contractors may result in a surcharge if indeed the equipment or service is still available.
KEY TASKS FOR EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors must first be logged in to access and complete the first 3 tasks below:
You will need to complete mandatory Health and Safety forms here once you have received your Exhibitor Login details during the first week of October. ALL exhibitors are required to complete this before arriving on site.
DEADLINE: 1st NOV
Please note that Self-Build Exhibitors are also required to send in Contractor Risk Assessments/CPPs/Method Statements to email@example.com (Deadline: 1st Nov)
Once you have received your Exhibitor login details during the first week of October, you will be able to add further details to your extended online Exhibitor Listing including your contact details, company description and your logo as well as selecting the categories that your products fall within.
DEADLINE: 11th OCT
All entries will be vetted after this date; the extended online Exhibitor List will be published in mid-October. After that point any changes will be added but may be subject to a short wait.

NB: If you register your stand staff prior to 6th January 2020, all UK Stand Managers will be sent stand staff badges by post (International Exhibitors can collect all badges on site). Any staff names registered after this date will be emailed an e-badge which can be scanned on site in return for a badge.
EVERY TIME A VEHICLE ARRIVES ON SITE AT OLYMPIA FOR PURPOSES OF LOADING/UN-LOADING, IT MUST BE PRE-BOOKED INTO THE OLYMPIA ONLINE TRAFFIC PORTAL (CARBON VOYAGE) – WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU BOOK FOR BUILD AND BREAK AT THE SAME TIME.
NB: The booking system will open at 11am on 19th December 2018

Please ensure that you return all relevant order forms by the deadline dates given, as some suppliers and contractors to Toy Fair will surcharge for late orders and in some cases may not be able to fulfil late orders.
