The 2026 Show Manual is designed to help exhibitors with all aspects of exhibiting at the 2026 Toy Fair.
The Toy Fair team however is on hand to answer any questions at any stage of the process. Please call 020 7701 7127.
- It is the responsibility of the exhibitor that all deadlines are met and appropriate paper work submitted by the specified dates otherwise stand building or stand activities will not be permitted.
- Please ensure, if you are a self-build exhibitor, that you pass the relevant information below onto your stand contractor.
NB: Please also note that delays in ordering from the preferred Toy Fair suppliers and contractors may result in a surcharge if indeed the equipment or service is still available.

MANDATORY FOR ALL EXHIBITORS Exhibitor Risk Assessment and Health & Safety Declaration (for show open period only)
ALL Exhibitors will need to complete mandatory Health and Safety forms (for the show open period only). ALL exhibitors are required to complete this before arriving on site.

Please note that Self-Build Exhibitors are required to send in Contractor Risk Assessments/CPPs/Method Statements along with design plans.

Online Exhibitor Listing & Classified Products
You will be able to complete your extended online Exhibitor Listing including your contact details, company description, product info and images, videos and linked logos as well as selecting the categories that your products fall within.
NB: This is not mandatory, so if you choose not to complete it then by default your stand number, name and TF logo will appear in the online listing (published 1st week of November).
Exhibitor profile information will be mirrored in the Toy Fair app (new for 2026).
INITIAL DEADLINE: 17th Oct 2025
Profiles will be closed for vetting (20th – 24th Oct). All entries will be vetted after this date and the extended online Exhibitor List will be published both on the Toy Fair website and Toy Fair app in early November. After that point any changes will be added but will be subject to a short wait for vetting before publishing.

VIEW NOWRegister Your Stand Staff/Order Visitor Scanners
If stand staff are registered prior to 8th January 2026 –
All UK Stand Managers will be sent physical stand staff badges by post (International Exhibitors will need to collect all badges on site).
Any staff names registered after this date will be emailed an e-badge which can be scanned on site in return for a badge.
NB: Staff E-badges can be downloaded at any point from your portal and can be used to gain entrance.
Physical badges can be obtained from Monday 19th Jan onwards in the Grand Hall foyer.
Exhibitors can also hire lead reference scanners or badge scanning App via the registration portal.
VIEW NOWTOY FAIR 2026 APP
All registered stand staff will have profiles appearing on the app which will launch in November. At this point, login details for the app will be sent to all registered attendees with the opportunity to expand their profile and start networking,
Vehicle Booking-In System
EVERY TIME A VEHICLE ARRIVES ON SITE AT OLYMPIA FOR PURPOSES OF LOADING/UN-LOADING, IT MUST BE PRE-BOOKED INTO THE OLYMPIA ONLINE TRAFFIC PORTAL (VOYAGE CONTROL) – WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU BOOK FOR BUILD AND BREAK AT THE SAME TIME.

Please also note vehicles above 4.4 metres in height are not permitted
